I initially went online to the Century 21 Langos and Christian website to obtain Pete's contact information. I filled out the short informational email and within an hours Pete called me. He suggested that I send him an email detailing where and what we were looking for in a home. That evening I was receiving listings from Pete. Pete was willing to show us homes any day during the week or weekend rain or shine. When we finally found our home, Pete put together a market comparison report of homes listed and sold in the area recently. I was able to utilize this report to determine our initial offer and highest price I was willing to pay. Pete was very helpful throughout the whole bidding process. During the closing we had some issues with the sellers, but Pete was flexible to ensure that our closing went smoothly.
